Assessment:  This medium bodied chardonnay, is an easy sipper.  It is creamy, yet bright and has lots of fruit undertones.  There are lots of tropical fruit notes in this bottle along with some tart green fruit notes as well.  This wine will pair with any dinner course and will compliment a variety of dishes.  Ready to drink now.

David Marchesi’s Provare Chardonnay is a good wine.  85 points.
